How to Maintain Your Solis Grind & Infuse Perfetta

A great espresso starts with a clean, well-maintained machine.

Your Solis Grind & Infuse Perfetta is built for precision and durability — but like any barista tool, it performs best when cared for regularly.

Whether you’re brewing once a day or several times a week, here’s how to keep your machine in top shape for years of flawless coffee.

Daily Maintenance

We recommend doing the following maintenance daily (before first coffee):

  1. Place a container underneath the brewing head.
  2. Press one of the cup extraction buttons to rinse the brewing head.
  3. Dry the brewing head with a cloth.
  4. Rinse the portafilter and the used filters with tap water.
  5. Dry the portafilter and the used filters with a cloth.
  6. Check if the red floater of the drip tray is visible through the grid.
  7. If so, clean the drip tray (Chapter: Weekly maintenance).

Repeat this procedure every time you brew a coffee to improve the quality of your coffee.

We recommend doing the following maintenance weekly:

  1. Empty the drip tray.
  2. Clean the drip tray with water and a mild detergent.
  3. Set the grind size selector to COARSE.
  4. Check if the hopper gate at the back of the bean container is open.

  7. After a few seconds, press the grind time knob again to switch off the grinder.
  8. Set the grind size selector back to the desired position.
