SOLIPOL® has a special composition to remove limescale deposits in semi-automatic and fully automatic espresso machines. The formula is based on lactic acid, which does not attack sensitive materials.
Regular descaling of your espresso machine is important for optimal coffee taste. Limescale can cause the water temperature to drop, resulting in a higher acidity of your espresso.
In addition, the amount of water flowing through the pipes is limited and can even be completely blocked, which significantly affects the performance of the machine.
Thanks to the practical folding bottle with the child-resistant cap, SOLIPOL® is easy and safe to use.
Application:Please always follow the device manufacturer's instructions for descaling for all types of appliances! Instructions for use for fully automatic coffee machines and espresso machines without an automatic descaling program:
1. Add 250 ml of SOLIPOL® special descaler to the water tank and then fill up with fresh water.
2. Switch on the appliance and drain 2 cups of water through the steam wand (if not available, through the hot water nozzle) (approx. 150 ml each).
3. Turn off the power button on the device
4. Leave the descaling solution on for 15-20 minutes.
5. Perform processes 2 and 3 every 3 minutes until the descaling solution in the water tank is completely used up.
6. After descaling, rinse the tank with tap water. Then rinse the machine with one or two tank fillings of tap water.
