This starter set comes with 3 medium-sized ziplock vacuum bags (20 x 23 cm), 2 large size ziplock vacuum bags (26 x 35 cm), a hose connection set and sealing device. The different vacuum bags offer just the right size for small to large quantities of food.
The air can be completely exhausted thanks to the channels on both sides of the film. The three-layer film with a thickness of 150-170 μm reliably prevents moisture and oxygen from entering, making the bags suitable for sous-vide cooking (< 100 ºC), heating in the microwave (< 100 ºC), boiling water (< 4 hours) and for storage in the freezer without the risk of freezer burn (> -20 ºC).
